Why does differential Bareos backup restore deleted files?
Bareos has differential backup configured. I backup a folder with two files, then I delete one file. I'm making a second differential backup. I start the restoration of the last copy, and for some reason both files are restored (and the deleted one too). What to adjust in bareos so that it does not restore deleted files?

It turns out tracking deleted or renamed files is disabled by default in bareos, and to enable this option, you need to add the Accurate = yes parameter to the job section of the bareos-dir.conf file. Then deleted files are not restored during restore.
