Which script to use is not based on rsync?
In general, there is a raspberry pi at home with a 1 Gig hard drive, which, through rsnapshot, made a backup of files from the server at night. Everything worked great until I moved to a new server with the latest debian. Problem with rsync. All the time the protocol version mismatch error ... I already updated the axis on the raspberry, in general I sat for 2 days and gave up, stupidly there is no time to deal with this anymore, I have no more strength.
Recommend a simple non-rsync script with simple settings like rsnapshot.
So that my raspberry connects to the server and picks up the changed files via SFTP (every day 1-2 thousand new ones are added)

but the problem is not with rsync itself, but with the connection via ssh (SFTP - English SSH File Transfer Protocol), which is established before starting the copy itself with rsync.
