Hello everyone, there is a topology in ciso packet tracer in which there are 2 routers; 2 - switch; 2 - one of which is a client PC and DHCP is configured, but there is a problem: the client PC takes a long time to receive network settings via DHCP, why? there are no problems with the lack of addresses

Switches have STP enabled. The port does not forward frames until it enters the Forwarding state.
1. On switches globally:
spanning-tree mode rapid-pvst
2. On ports towards hosts:
spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree bpduguard enable
