There is a tsiska 4506. 2 switches 3750 are connected to it via optics. How to make sure that all ports on 4506 are switch ports. So that I could plug a computer into the first 3750 switch and ping the computer plugged into the second 3750. I know that the task is somewhat idiotic, but at the first stage it will do for me.

I haven't worked specifically with the 4500, but it looks like you need to issue the switchport command on all interfaces . By default, L2 ports (i.e. those configured with the switchport command) should be in access mode (no 802.1q frame tagging) on ​​vlan 1, so pinging through the switch should work fine.
