Why does Debian 8 installation hang on CitrixXen Server?

I'm trying to install debian on a virtual machine, but after loading the initial screen with a choice of installation method and choosing any method, a black screen hangs.
What can you think of? Who faced?

Installing any debian similar distribution ends with the error "failed to mount the installation disk" or a black screen
