Why does CSScomb shift properties in VS Code?

Hello! Tell me, please, what could be the problem.
When formatting the content of a stylesheet with the CSScomb plugin , all properties are shifted to the side. Editor - VS Code .
Before and after:

Of the settings, only:

"csscomb.formatOnSave": true,
"csscomb.preset": "yandex"

In the case of installing a standard preset, some properties are completely transferred to one line.
No other formatting plugins installed. Reinstalling and deleting user files does not solve the problem.
It is noteworthy that there is no such problem in the same editor (with all identical settings) installed on my MacBook . The problem only occurs on Windows, including the Atom editor as well .
I've already broken my head.
