Why does Cloudflare block Adsense ads?

I recently transferred the site to Cloudflare, after that, when creating a new post, ads are not displayed there. Everything is fine with the old ones and the old ad units are present. Returned DNS to standard - everything worked. I already disabled caching, made traffic go bypassing Cloudflare (but DNS was still from Cloudflare), nothing helps, help!
