Why does Chromium loop when downloading a pdf file?

Greetings.
When downloading a pdf file, Chromium loops, i.e. it constantly downloads the same file until you close the browser.
How can this problem be solved?

Open the console, find the script that performs the save and see if it's possible. put it in a loop.
