Why does Chrome wake up computers on the network?

I accidentally noticed that when you start the Chrome browser, the second computer always wakes up, on the same network, located in S3 or hibernation. It was not possible to google this behavior of the browser. Reset and rearrange the browser did, checked for viruses. It became just interesting where to dig?

Just try to ping this computer, if it wakes up then dig in the settings of the network card

Perhaps synchronization between browsers wakes up the PC. Perhaps these are even some extensions that are synchronized with each other, such as SpeedDial. To begin with, on the "sleepwalker" disable everything related to chromium from startup. If it helps, turn it on one by one. Well, disable synchronization extensions.

Perhaps chrome is looking for Miracast displays? For broadcast? As a result - scans / pings the network
