Why does chrome freeze when parallax effect happens?

Hello, tell me why chrome freezes when the parallax effect occurs?
I use this library for the parallax effect itself in react.
But I can’t understand why chrome is slowing down, when firefox, opera, safari and other browsers work fine with this effect, is it really difficult for chrome to perceive transform translate3d? I would be grateful for an answer
