Why does Chrome distort the font so much?

In Chrome, the font is very blurry. I can't understand why this is happening. The font is loaded via import from Google Fonts. Open Sans font.

Throw in woff, connect ttf .

Because in chrome, starting from some version, there is poor rendering through DirectWrite. Large text is displayed in it normally, and small text is nowhere worse.

The same trouble.
I'll have to personally increase the font size for chrome
