Geo-defining issue in chrome

There is a problem with determining the geo position in the google chrome browser, various map services cannot determine where I am.
The standard Google page displays the inscription not Russia but deutschland (Germany), the maps.google.ru service, when trying to determine it, displays: "Unable to determine the location", and ru.foursquare.com determines me in Germany.
I don’t use proxies, everything is ok with other browsers, google chrome reset and reinstalled - it didn’t help, I went to 2ip.ru ip-address Russian, it defines me correctly (in my city)

Chrome is rarely wrong. Are you sure you're not in Germany?
