Why does Bitrix replace style with st yle when editing an include area?

We observe the following behavior:
if the included area is opened by an editor with editor rights, then all insertions into the html of the word style are replaced by st yle
, that is, if it was after saving, it will be similar if the style is entered inline

It turned out that it was necessary to indicate to the group of editors the level of access to the "Proactive Defense" module as "Bypass the proactive filter".
