Why does ASUS TUF not see the bootable flash drive?

Notebook ASUS TUF Gaming A17 without OS.
When turned on, the BIOS opens, but there is nothing in Boot Priority and cannot be added.
Although next to it you can see in the panels that there is this flash drive in the USB ports and Storage shows the hard drive.

But they are not in Priority Boot, I removed the Security mod, but it didn’t change anything, the laptop does not want to run a bootable USB flash drive before the BIOS, although other (older) laptops normally saw and opened everything.

With the latest version of Rufus and the Windows 10 image installed with GPT ... the image saw the installation flash drive.
As for Windows 7, I'm not sure, if the comment does not change, then only Win 10 is suitable.
