Why does apt upgrade get a certificate error?

Some time ago packages on Raspbian stopped being updated.
A total of 128 packages have not been updated, and when updating each package, an error occurs:

E: Failed to fetch https://mirror.truenetwork.ru/raspbian/raspbian/po... Certificate verification failed: The certificate is NOT trusted. The name in the certificate does not match the expected. The received OCSP status response is invalid. Could not handshake: Error in the certificate verification. [IP: 0.0.0.0 443]

Googled but couldn't find a solution.
The time on the host is correct.
Added [trusted=yes] to source.list - didn't help

OS version: Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)

This is a bug at the HTTPS level, not apt's. Try another mirror that doesn't have certificate issues.
