How to recover a flash drive?

I decided to delete all the files on the flash drive. I had Nautilus open and deleted everything by going to the flash drive folder. But I did one stupid thing. I had the option "Show hidden" turned on and because of this I removed the logical part as well. I remember there was a .disk folder and another file...
Now nothing is written, deleted or formatted. Complains that there is no table.
Question: How to restore a flash drive?
