Why does apache keep crashing?

Good day.
Can you tell me what is wrong and how can I fix it?
Apache periodically crashes on vps. Log before crash:

[mpm_prefork:emerg] [pid 1812] (43)Identifier removed: AH00144: couldn't grab the accept mutex
[core:alert] [pid 1231] AH00050: Child 1655 returned a Fatal error... Apache is exiting!
[:emerg] [pid 1231] AH02818: MPM run failed, exiting

so everything is googled, for example AH00144: couldn't grab the accept mutex then hum(yandexo/bing)translator.. if necessary.. then think.. then google something else.. if necessary
ps fixed.. many answers instead of one
pps linux-way it is like this.. but if you're lucky, someone will immediately give an answer))... but .. more often linux-way
