How to configure apache virtualhost without editing configs? Sometimes you need to quickly create a virtual host to check something from cms-ok, but too lazy to get into the configs. How can (possibly, according to a template) raise a virtualhost on a localhost (on ubuntu)?

Write a config for a "temporary" host and connect/disconnect it as needed. In distributions, the config is usually divided into many files and there is a utility for dynamically enabling / disabling pieces.
