Why does any css animation slow down in Firefox?

There is nothing to add, the problem is obvious: any CSS animation slows down in Firefox. The most lagging property is transform: translate. I understand that reflow is a costly operation, but even a 3d layer or will-change properties do not help. Who can help figure out how to facilitate animation for Firefox? Thank you!
