Why does an ESXI 6.7 virtual machine hang?

There is an ESXI 6.7 host, I encountered it for the first time. 3 virtual machines are spinning, there are no problems with 2, and one constantly freezes. The disk, the system checked for errors, everything is fine. The machine just freezes with a black screen (visible on the host), does not respond to pings. Can wake up for a minute and stick again. Here are the logs I pulled out. In the event, there is an error "A return to the device \Device\Raidport1 was made", I did not find anything else related to this problem. Can someone come across, I'm in virtualization 0 and I hope for your help, thanks.
