Why does an error pop up when choosing a custom audience on Facebook?

this is the error that pops up when i select my audience created with facebook pixel. And this is only when "Raise publication". On normal advertising in FB, everything works with a bang. What could be the problem?

Usually this happens at the moment when you just set up the advertising parameters and clicked the start button.
The reason as described here is very simple - you have selected an audience for which there is literally nothing. Such an audience does not exist on Facebook - therefore change the parameters and run. Usually people set very specific parameters - which provokes this problem
