Why does an error occur when updating ns servers?

What could be causing the error when updating NS records?

Apparently, ns-records for .com domains are checked somehow in a special way. only with the domain in this zone there were problems.

Specifying the following NS produces an error: An unexpected error has occurred.

de-ns1.wm-host.com
de-ns2.wm-host.com

When specifying the following NS, no error occurs:
ns1.newbank.by
ns2.newbank.by

Both domains for the core NS servers are on Google Cloud DNS.

I can’t find articles about it on the Internet or I don’t know how to search

The only caveat when changing NS servers is that if they are in the same zone, in addition to names, you must also specify IP addresses (which is logical). Everything else is the troubles of specific domain control panels, I recommend asking the support what's the matter.
