Why does an error occur when installing redmine on CentOS?

I install according to this instruction: firstwiki.ru/index.php/%D0%A3%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B0%D0... Errors occur
at the "make" step of the first paragraph: tny.cz/5ae33ff5 , why is that? How to fix?

Why would you compile an old(!) version of Ruby? 1.9.2 is outdated for a long time.
