Why does an error appear in the settings of the CDEK integration module?
To integrate with the delivery service, we installed the SDEK module

It does not work. When placing an order, shipping costs are not calculated.
In the module settings there is an error message
"Delivery service not found. Add delivery using the SDEK handler."
What delivery service are you talking about?

In order to leave comments, you need to log in
To properly connect CDEK on Bitrix, you need to go to the Integration menu section in your personal SDEK account and create an Account/Secure password. After that, on the site in Administration - Settings - Module settings - Integration with CDEK - Settings tab - enter the received data.
After that, in the Store - Settings - Delivery services - Add delivery - select SDEK.
And set up SDEK delivery: enter your contract number and login to enter your personal account in the Settings tab, enter all the necessary data.
After that, there shouldn't be any problems.
BUT the CDEK server often lies, and tightly.
