Why does an element with position:absolute disappear outside of the slick slider?

I am using the slick slider. And I need to place an icon under the slider. And I use absolute positioning. But the problem is that the icon disappears if it goes beyond the slider. I understand that this is related to translate3d. How to make the icon not disappear?
