Why does an Allwiner A10 tablet hang on the splash screen?

Hanging on the screensaver, the recovery does not work (not Samsung, ordinary China). I've tried everything and haven't found anything useful in my search. Tell me pliz, what can be done with this miracle?

Throw away is the best solution.
And if specifically: what was done except as understood?
Action one:
Drive into Recovery (from the off volume button up and turn on simultaneously for 5 seconds) and then wipe partition, wipe cache, reboot.
If it does not help, then sew it.
In the search, everything is there, by marking the board it is searched for once or twice (this is the A1001t v1.2)

Thanks for the answer. But everything you wrote does not work. The sleeve is not loaded, an error occurs when flashing. That is why this post is here. Most likely a mechanical failure.
