Why does ajax work incorrectly with a single exposed filter for 2 views (block)?

I am making a slider consisting of 2 views (2 blocks). One block is included in another header.

Everything works great and filters using ajax for one view. I run the same filter on another view inserted as a block in the header, and at that moment ajax breaks.

How can we approach this problem while keeping the filter, ajax and nesting of 2 views?
