Why does Ajax redirect to payment gateway keep loading redirect?

I am writing an online store on Wordpress + woocomerce. Installed the left ePay payment gateway https://testpay.kkb.kz/doc/epay-wordpress.zip (The site itself is https://testpay.kkb.kz/doc/epay-wordpress.html ). Now when I select the ePay payment method and click confirm, it should redirect to the payment gateway site. But I just have a window "Redirecting...Thank you for your order. We are now redirecting you to epay.kkb.kz to make a payment." and nothing further happens (you can see euroshoes.kz/?page_id=4225&order-pay=9925&key=wc_o... at this link ).
