Why does a Wi-Fi router give out IP addresses by interrupting MikroTik?

Hey!
The scheme is quite simple:
1) The wire with the Internet enters port No. 1 of the Mikrotik RB941-2nD router. It acts as the main gateway with the address 192.168.45.1 and issues addresses from the pool 192.168.45.10-254.
2) From port No. 2 there is a wire to a regular switch, to which all computers in the office are connected by wire.
3) Next, the TP-LINK Archer wi-fi router is taken and connected with its WAN port to the switch. Its address is 192.168.0.1.

Next, here's what happens: from time to time, after a reboot, one of the computers in the office loses the Internet.
In the settings I see that he received an IP address not from a Mikrotik, but from a wi-fi router.
That is, a wi-fi router issues addresses not only to wireless clients, but sometimes to wired ones.
Tell me, please, how can I fix this?

@Slayer_nn

It is treated by registering ip, gateway mask manually
Either by installing
a different version of the driver
Or by
replacing the wire to the computer
