Why does a white screen appear after splashsreen when launching a mobile application developed on ionic?

Engaged in development under ionic. We finished the development cycle, all intermediate assemblies worked until at one fine moment the application was sent to be assembled. This problem seems to have been overcome, but now a white screen is shown for the iOS application after launch (splashscreen works). We don't know where to dig anymore... Any ideas? For Android, this is no longer the case.

Enable the web inspector in the Safari settings on the phone and get hooked with the remote debugger from Safari from the desktop, reload the page from the console and see the errors

It was possible .. but such a screen was seen often and the problems were different .. there is no single solution. Problems arose everywhere and always. They handed over the project and forgot it like a bad dream. More to ionic did not touch. Only native development.
