How in AngularJs to load all templates into the one page index?

In order for the one-page to turn out not as if I had painted all the blocks in the index and assigned a separate controller to each, namely, to load them as separate templates (which are divs) one after another, probably ng-view will not help if current as an include. What other options are there?

And what did ngInclude not please? If you want completely custom functionality with your own controllers in each block and isolated scope - use directives.
