Why does a Vue project not work after build?

Good afternoon. After building the project on Vue, I notice that the project itself does not work. Instead of the application I need, a white screen is displayed. I did not change WebPack in any way, the assembly is original (via vue cli). Tried configuring vue.config.js as well - no luck, also white screen.
The main goal was initially to put the project on GitHub (I also see a white screen there).
