Why does a stopped Windows Update start again?
For the last 2 months I have been regularly observing how the Windows Update service that I stopped with the startup type "No" starts up again and tries to update the system (the SoftwareDostribution - Download folder is cluttered). Is there any way to disable the service entirely? Or is it easier to hurry up, write a script to stop the service and forget about it?
I'm using Windows 10 1907.

if you want to disable windows update try this:

This method worked a year ago.
And if you still want to disable Defender and Smartscreen, which is annoying to everyone, and much more, then here: https://jailbreakvideo.ru/win-10-tweaker
