Why does a request pop up when I click on any of the contacts in Skype?

In general, I go to Skype, click on one of the contacts and a request appears whether to run the program as an administrator, and indeed Skype often gives incomprehensible errors. Perhaps there is a virus on the computer or something else? I attached a screenshot of the processes, please see if I have any dangerous processes?

They can treat from a photograph only in a "yellow" newspaper.
Invite a specialist better.
From what you can think of is to remove all the heresy from Mail.ru, download the latest version of Skype from the microsoft site and install it. It is possible (if these are viruses) to run the AVZ test with the extended process monitoring driver and (or) DoctorWeb
PS installed.
To collect data about the system, there are special utilities. at least HijackThis or the same AVZ

you take autoruns and you look that it is superfluous to be loaded at start. programs, services, drivers, turn off suspicious ones with checkmarks ... be more careful there ... do not turn off the excess)
