The problem is that when you start the browser, a previously CLOSED page opens. Not to be confused with "Previously opened tabs" from the browser settings, because. at the time of closing the browser, the page that I constantly open was already closed. There was a similar problem, as far as I remember, it was enough in the Chrome root folder, to clean out some file, to delete the name of the page I didn’t need.
