Why does a PC connected to an iphone in tethering mode via wi-fi lose the ability to connect to the Internet?
Good day.
It's no secret that the iphone has the ability to work in access point mode and distribute mobile Internet via wi-fi to all those who suffer.
There has been a problem recently. A computer running under the Win 7 system that successfully connected to this access point stopped receiving mobile Internet. The connection as such is established, the iphone cheerfully reports that the device is connected to it, but there is no Internet.
Naturally, everything is in order on the smartphone - the Internet goes cheerfully and cheerfully. Other devices connect to the Internet without problems.
I found a quick solution to the problem by stupidly renaming the device in the main settings. But it turned out to be short-lived and after the third time I got tired of it.
Tried running diagnostics on PC. Diagnostics indicates incorrect gateway settings.
Why she suddenly became unfaithful is unclear. All connection settings are on the machine.
