Why does a 502 error occur when editing a 1C-BITRIX mail event?

I can’t understand for what reason, but it doesn’t allow me to edit the mail event, 502 and that’s it, hosters shrug their hands no more errors

1) disable init.php so that events do not affect
2) Check it on another hosting
3) Look at the logs and try to debug this part of the code
