Why does a 3rd level domain open from only one provider?

The situation is this. There is a domain ocdod74.ru - everything is fine with it and everything works, we decided to create a website and place it on the 3rd level domain otdyh.ocdod74.ru, everything opens, works, but only on one provider. Why is this happening? I don't know where to dig anymore...
ps tracing from other providers doesn't even work... Here's the tracing from our provider

On DNS servers from whois by domain

nserver:       dns1.yandex.net.
nserver:       dns2.netbreeze.net.

there are no A-records for the otdyh.ocdod74.ru domain.
A DNS server that
does not respond to DNS queries at all.
