Why does 1s 8.3 crash when working over a network?

Is available:
The server on a linukha on which file bases 1c 8.3 (BGU) lie.
There are also many machines that work with these bases.
Problem
On one of the machines (win xp) crashes 1s on one specific base.
Question
What could be the matter and how to deal with it?
