Error while performing exchange 1c with the site?

Good afternoon. When I try to upload goods from 1c to the store on ocStore, the upload starts, takes a few minutes and 1c gives an error: HTTP: Gateway Timeout, I'm interested in the question, is this error on the program side or on the server side? The site also uses ssl, I read somewhere that 1c has difficulty with https, can there be problems because of this? Thanks in advance for your reply.
