Why do you need to make complex Windows passwords?

Hi friends. Please explain to me who knows. Why invent complex passwords in operating systems where there is a lockout policy after 3 unsuccessful login attempts.
After all, if I make a password, say 345982, then it will be selected for a very long time and it is not necessary to use letters and symbols.

To select a password, it is not necessary to log in every time - you can copy the password database and select as many as you like without fear of being blocked.
No matter what you do, there will never be a 100% guarantee against hacking.
All such activities are aimed at complicating the life of a potential burglar. They are not all required, but if you use them correctly, you can get a fairly secure network with quite a bit of effort.
One of the main measures is to take away administrator rights from users in principle. Without it, everything else is a waste of time.

If you can block the local admin when trying to enter the wrong password, for example, on a server OS, then you can go to the Small Soft for an interview.
As for cracking passwords, well, I will encrypt the disk with regular means, I will lose performance, but there will be no sense from the flash drive.
The question is rather to your own paranoia and nothing more. The OS offers methods / tools for solving problems, and how to use them is the choice of the end user only.

And who said that there are only brute-force methods for hacking? For example: the disk is easily removed from the PC, connected to another PC, then the file containing the password hash is simply replaced and replaced with a file with a known hash. Or, for example, the hash will be run through the database of known passwords. Often, you don’t even need to remove the disk - in most cases, it’s enough to boot from a USB flash drive and use several popular utilities to reset the OS password. And in older versions of Windows, it was generally possible to do a reset using built-in tools and holes without straining too much.
The complexity of the password only increases the time and resources spent on cracking, but does not cancel it.
