Why do videos played in the browser via adobe flash player lag?
Have a good time of the day. For me, an incomprehensible situation arose: throughout the life of my laptop, video in browsers, played in adobe flash, lags. Initially, the laptop had windows 8.1, and I noticed that the video played normally when the power cable was disconnected from the laptop. In this regard, it was assumed that the problem is in the supplied current (voltage, which conder may be malfunctioning in the power adapter). But by the will of fate, the time has come for windows 10, the problem with playing video in browsers has remained (playback does not depend on a specific browser), as usual, I disconnect the power cable from the laptop, but the problem persists. Typical solutions to the problem found on the Internet (turning on hardware acceleration, updating the flash player) did not help. But it was noticed that when you right-click (calling the adobe flash menu) in the player, the video plays normally, but as soon as you remove it, the video starts to slow down again periodically. At the same time, the laptop starts to get pretty warm. Please share your thoughts on this issue and how to fix it.
