Let's say I shoot a story, everything goes without lags, and then I download it and view it with lags. By lag I mean the reduction in the number of frames per second after the video is loaded. I changed accounts, everything is the same (it's a matter of software or hardware).
This bug is regardless of whether the story is loaded from the gallery or recorded through the Instagram camera. Tried through the second space - the bug remains.
