Why video and audio may not load the first time in Chrome?

Good afternoon,
The page on the server contains video or audio, it does not load the first time. Rather, the page is loading, but the media content generates files like "Internal server error"

This one only appears in Chrome. In all other browsers everything works fine.
Moreover, if you refresh the page in Chrome, then the second time the video loads and starts absolutely fine
