Why do the following errors occur on a Mac when I repeat the tutorial?

Good day.
I decided to understand yolo, found the most understandable tutorial for myself . Seems simple and interesting. ()
But everything simple and interesting ends exactly at the moment when you need to load csv.
According to the instructions, I enter the following command (I changed the classes and the python command to python3 for myself so that I would not try to execute it through the second python): python3 main.py downloader --classes Motorcycle Bicycle Truck Car Bus --type_csv train --limit 400
When asked about downloading I answer "y", the terminal is promisingly tremulously silent for a couple of seconds, but then it gives an error.

By the way, if you try to run the command again, the error will change to this:

Question: how to fix if I do everything according to the tutorial? My main version: low internet speed on my part. Is it so?

PS. There was an idea that downloading the dataset of version 6 with a toolkit for the 4th was a so-so idea, but I looked at another tutorial . It turned out that everything works and that's definitely not the point.
And idea number 2, why everything does not work - because the poppy. At least that's what happens to me personally. :)

UPD. Partially helped dancing with a tambourine. Relative solution: change OS. On Windows, everything goes faster and no errors pop up, despite the rather poor Internet. But it would still be nice to figure out why there are problems with the tutorial on a poppy.
