Why do stores encourage making purchases through the site?
I have long noticed that almost all stores that have both online stores and the Internet stimulate and incline the consumer to make a purchase through the site. Various discounts, bonuses.
Even the same product sometimes ordered on the site and bought in the store will cost less than just buying it in the same store. Why is that?
Thanks

because it is cheaper for the store and it will earn more money + you can have contact with you at any time, and not just when you visit them once a year
