Why do some apps not work after site migration (MODX Revo)?

Problem:
I have a website that runs on MODX Revo.
You need to make a copy of it, then change it a little.
1. Made backups of all files and database
2. Uploaded everything to the hosting
3. Corrected configs
The site started working. pdoResources - works.
But add-ons like Gallery, FormIt don't work.
4. Updated Gallery, FormIt.
The problem hasn't been resolved.
Initially, when entering the Gallery, there was an error (file not found), but it was there.
I thought it was a permissions issue.
5. Set all files and folders the right permissions (755, 644)
The problem was not solved.
Error log:
HP warning: include(/var/www/virtual/my_site/htdocs/core/components/gallery/controllers/index.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
What could be the reason?
