Why do passwords set by copying pass only if they are copied into the password string, and if just entering it does not work?

input error and nothing more
ps as rightly noted by akelsey , sometimes there are nuances,
but judging by the author’s comment below, it’s more likely an input error here

Look in Winhex for the password (looks the same, but focus on the vowels):

Because as a result different passwords are entered. There are no options here.
It can be both a banal inattention and a change in the encoding.
