Why do mobile devices lose connection with AP MikroTik?

Good afternoon!
There is a Mikrotik RB1100 as a capsman controller and several dozens of cAP 2nD scattered across clients.
Everywhere the configuration is the same - 20Mhz channel width, channel 6, open network, rts cts, disconnect time 15 seconds. Periodically, I began to catch such calls that when the phone's screen is turned off, it is cut off from the network. It was useful to look at the logs and saw quite a lot of messages from different access points like XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:[email protected] disconnected, received disassoc: sending station leaving (8) (3). Usually a very short time passes between the connection message and this - from a few seconds to a couple of minutes. It doesn't look like the client connects and disconnects on its own. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

When the screen turns off, this is a normal situation. It cuts off the module when unnecessary. And periodically turns it on, to check the Internet and notifications
