Why do live wallpapers move?

I put live wallpapers taken from the photo of my device on the locked screen. When the button is pressed, the wallpaper starts to play, but the picture moves to the side and a black frame appears on the screen. Why is this and how can you fight it? Tried cropping the photo, but that made it even worse. Tell me how to make a high-quality live wallpaper from a live photo. Thanks in advance
